Inese Lazdovska, the General Counsel and a member of the management team of Mintos. Inese is advising on the transactional work with lending companies from across 30 countries, investor service legal aspects, regulatory compliance and legal aspects of product and business development, and takes an active part in shaping the business. Over the course of her more than 15 years career as in-house lawyer, Attorney-at-Law and General Counsel in banking and finance, Inese worked from bottom to top and has worked hands-on as a lawyer and as manager has built and managed several legal teams and for Mintos during less than a year, she established a well-organized and effective in-house legal function at scale. Inese has a proven combination of business acumen and legal mindset. Inese holds an MBA Finance degree from Riga Business School and a Professional Masters Degree in Law from the University of Latvia.
